There are three versions of Zap's bazooka. The earliest one had two handles (pictured on top). This bazooka broke too many thumbs off of the straight-arm figures, so the bazooka was replaced. An intermediate version with a single thin handle (pictured bottom) was released. Finally, the third single-handled bazooka was produced (pictured in the middle). The two-handed bazooka is the hardest one to find, and the one in the middle is the most common.
All sixteen 1982 straight-arm figures were re-released in 1983 with updated swivel-arm articulation. The 1982 straight-arm figures are known as v1, while the 1983 swivel-arm figures are known as v1.5, since they aren't entirely new figures.
