1982 Cobra Commander Late Notice
In early 1982 Hasbro offered Cobra Commander as a special mail-in offer but did not anticipate the number of figures that would be ordered. Hasbro was overwhelmed with the demand for the figure and kids were sent the letter below to explain the delay and offer a coloring page. At least two different coloring pages were sent out to collectors.
