Most 1994 figures included a weapons tree, a mostly generic selection of previously released weapons, still on the plastic sprues. Roadblock's gold tree included a rifles, a shotgun, a machete, a machine gun, two missiles and a figure stand. A missile launcher and helmet were also included in the package.

In 1994, Hasbro produced figures in China and Indonesia. This resulted in several paint app variations. Roadblock has two paint app variations: with silver chest details (seen MOC above), and without (seen MOC below). Both variations were made in Indonesia.
