1984 VAMP & HAL: Attack Vehicle and Heavy Artillery Laser (Sears Exclusive)

The 1984 HAL (above) is identical to the 1982 HAL (below). The 1984 VAMP (above) has an updated mold with a shovel on the hood.

NOTE: Although the box art showed Mutt and Recondo in the 1984 VAMP, and they're pictured above, they  did NOT come with the set.

The VAMP & HAL have excellent product photos and diagrammatic illustrations on the box sides.

The VAMP and HAL feature several moving parts and the sculpts are nicely detailed.

The VAMP included in the VAMP & HAL set has one easily recognizable difference from the original 1982 VAMP, a shovel molded into the hood.

The VAMP features a nice interior with details on the dash and gear shift.
