1988 Night Shade (Night Force)

All eight Night Force vehicles (five from 1988 and three from 1989) were repaints. The Night Shade is a repaint of the 1984 S.H.A.R.C.

The Night Shade features several moving parts and the sculpt is incredibly detailed.

The Night Shade features a hinged impact-resistant tinted gulling canopy.

Like all Night Force vehicles, the Night Shade features glow-in-the-dark decals. The “Target Acquisition Screen / Pilot Vision System” looks great.

Hidden Just above the wing mounted coolant inlet ports are twin 30 mm "Tidalwave NF" cannons.

Underneath the Night Shade you'll find two series-5 acoustic homing torpedoes.

The two torpedoes can be removed and two underwater Joes can hitch a ride using the back pegs.

The self-adjusting computer controlled vertical stabilizers rotate 180 degrees.

The main vertical stabilizers rotate 90 degrees to help the Night Shade stand up vertically.

The engine compartment ventilation screen comes off to reveal a nicely detailed engine below.
