1983 Major Bludd Letter
In late early 1983, Hasbro offered Major Bludd as a special mail-in offer (see the direct mail postcard above). This offer asked for UPC codes and a dated receipt from three G.I.Joe figures instead of flag points. This created some confusion from collectors and those who mailed Hasbro to ask about it were sent the letter below.
