1991 Lifeline: Rescue Trooper v3 (mail order)

Lifeline v3 was made available through specially marked packages of Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal (which also included offers for My Little Pony or Weebles figures). This mail-in offer began in late 1991 and ran throughout 1992. The offer expired 12/31/1992. Lifeline v3 is identical to the original 1986 Lifeline, except they replaced his original legs with Frostbite's to remove the gun. Lifeline was a pacifist on the Sunbow cartoon, so this makes sense.

The Rice Krispies box below appears to have been manufactured in November, 1991 – based on a 11/91 stamp on the side/bottom flap.
Lifeline shipped in a clear bag marked "AGE CODE 5 & UP" and "MADE IN CHINA." A trifold offer was included in the shipping envelope.
The unfolded offer below shows the 1991 12" Duke (v1) and the 1992 Ninja Force.
The opposite side of the unfolded offer shows the 1991 G.I. Joe Battle Wagon, the 1992 Cobra Rat, 1992 G.I. Joe Barracuda, and 1992 G.I. Joe Headquarters.
