"Cobra's Revenge"
(Hasbro and COLORFORMS – Listen 'n Play, 1985)

"Cobra's Revenge" was released in 1985 by Hasbro in partnership with Colorforms. It was written by Dr. Z. It is not clear who illustrated  the book. 

The book included a yellow cassette that you played back while playing with the included Colorforms! Colorforms are paper-thin, die-cut vinyl sheets that are meant to be applied to a shiny plastic laminated board. The images stick to the background by adhesion, which takes place when two highly polished surfaces come in contact. Colorforms pieces can be repositioned to create new scenes and according to the last page they help children "improve finger dexterity, sense of spatial relationship, size matching, building ability, color sense, and a sense of neatness and order."
