Guile featured an all new head sculpt. His chest was borrowed from 1988 Road Pig, his arms were borrowed from 1991 Dusty (v3), and his waist and legs were borrowed from 1986 Roadblock (v2).

1993 introduced the weapons tree, a mostly generic selection of previously released weapons, still on the plastic sprues.
Guile's black weapons tree came with two guns, a shield (which attaches to the launcher), two missiles, a knife, and a black figure stand.
Guile also came with a spring loaded orange grappling hook launcher, a yellow grappling hook, and a black string.
