1992 Rice Krispies Cereal (Kellogg's)
This Rice Krispies cereal was released in 1992 by The Kellogg Company. This particular box had a mail away offer for free Hasbro toys including a G.I.Joe Lifeline figure, a Weebles figure and a My Little Pony. Participants could get a free toy with two UPCs from Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal boxes. The offer expired on December 31, 1992 or while supplies lasted. In addition to the free mail away offer, over $20 in coupons for Hasbro toys were printed inside the box, including one for $2.00 off a G.I.Joe Battle Wagon. 1991 Lifeline: Rescue Trooper v3 (mail order)

Lifeline was available as a mail-in offer beginning in 1991 through specially marked packages of Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal (which also included offers for an exclusive My Little Pony or Weebles figure). This version of Lifeline is identical to the original 1986 Lifeline, except they replaced his original legs with Frostbite's to remove the gun. Lifeline was a pacifist on the Sunbow cartoon, so this makes sense.
This insert was included with Lifeline to entice children to seek out more G.I. Joes at their local toy store.
