Most 1994 figures included a weapons tree, a mostly generic selection of previously released weapons, still on the plastic sprues.
Stalker's black weapons tree included a rifle, a machete, a shotgun, a machine gun, two missiles and a figure stand.

"Fight with me and win, or fight against me and be annihilated!"
Generals may win campaigns, but it's the sergeants who win the battles by taking charge and kicking butt! STALKER served in the LRRPs* with SNAKE-EYES and STORM SHADOW, so he's no stranger to winning battles first and asking questions later. Any G.I. Joe who has heard him shout "Let's Party!" in the thick of a firefight knows that he means business. Once Stalker starts wielding his razor-sharp machete in one hand and firing a missile launcher in the other, there's no escape for any snake that dares to stand in his way. That's a simple fact COBRA COMMANDER will have to live with, if he manages to live at all!

Filecard variant:
There were four versions of 1994 Stalker released:
1. Horizontal logo on front, made in China noted on back, no yellow paint apps on figure
2. Vertical logo on front, made in China noted on back, no yellow paint apps on figure
3. Vertical logo on front, made in China noted on back, yellow paint apps on figure
4. Vertical logo on front, made in Indonesia noted on back, yellow paint apps on figure
The first three were made in China, and the fourth was made in Indonesia. Early filecards used the traditional format, while later filecards were formatted to a smaller "baseball card" size and the text was edited down to fit. Both were made in China, while the later were also made in Indonesia.

In 1994, Hasbro produced figures in China and Indonesia. This resulted in several paint app variants. To compound matters further, Hasbro also changed the card art on some figures from the older horizontal logo (with a red or blue laser backdrop) to a new vertical logo (with a red or blue to black gradient background). The back of the new card also featured a reformatted baseball card sized file card with condensed writing. Several figures did not get the new vertical card art treatment. Stalker did get the vertical logo treatment.
Stalker has two paint app versions: with yellow details on his chest (below), and without (above). There are four carded figure variants, the horizontal logo card marked "MADE IN CHINA" (above), the vertical logo card marked "MADE IN CHINA" with yellow details (below) and without (further below) and the vertical logo card marked "MADE IN INDONESIA" with yellow details (seen here).
