Operation: Dissapearance! was released in 1983 by Marvel Books under license from Hasbro. This "Marvel Mighty Storybook" measures roughly 4" x 5" and cost $1.50
The credits list B.S. Watson, Ron Fontes, John Romita and Earl Norem. I'm betting it was written by B.S. Watson, Ron Fontes was production supervisor, breakdowns were handled by John Romita (Sr.), and all art was then painted by Earl Norem.
