The 1983 Die-Cast HAL raises and lowers, clicking into each position, and it rotates on its base. It features several stamped on graphics and all three legs articulate in the same way as the 1982 original.

The 1983 Die-Cast MOBAT features several stamped on graphics and four moving wheels underneath. The main turret and command turret swivels independent of each other and the main canon tilts. Unlike the 1982 original, the treads do not move.

The 1983 Die-Cast RAM features several stamped on graphics and three moving wheels. Unlike the 1982 original, the front wheel does not turn.

The 1983 Die-Cast VAMP features several stamped on graphics and moving wheels. The machine gun swivels and tilts. Unlike the 1982 original, the gas tanks are not removable.

Although six Die-Cast Metal vehicles were available, only one three-pack was available. The VAMP, RAM, and HAL were included.
