Duke was available through a mail-in offer in 1983. This mail order Duke came with a small American flag sticker. In 1984, he was released as a carded figure with part of series 3. The carded figure did not include the American flag sticker. The 1983 mail order Duke featured a close up on his file card, while the 1984 carded Duke had a wider shot on his file card (seen above).
